Step #1: Log Into Your Gmail Account
Step #2: Click On the Gear Icon & Click On Settings
Step #3: Stay Under The ‘General' Tab & Scroll Down To ‘Signature'
Step #4: Enable The Signature By Entering In Your Desired Text & Check The Box Located Below To Enable The Signature On Email Responses (Optional)
Step #5: Scroll Down To The Bottom of The Page & Click ‘Save Changes'
Step #6: While On Your Dashboard Click ‘Compose'
Step #7: Verify Your Signature Is Automatically Displaying As Expected
If your signature showed up properly, then you are all set and your signature is ready for future email use!
