Very early this morning, Sony unveiled two new models to their camera lines at IBC 2015 in Amsterdam. Here is what we know about each model thus far:

Sony a7SII

  • New body redesigned hand grip offering better ergonomics (just like a7RII/a7II)
  • Strong lowlight capabilities at 409,600 ISO
  • 5-axis optical in-camera stabilization
  • Internal 4K recording to XAVC S (up to 30fps)
  • Internal 120fps to 1080p
  • clean 8-bit HDMI output in 4:2:2
  • List price will be $2,999 (body only)
