Earlier this morning at this year's Mobile World Congress, SanDisk announced their new line of MicroSD cards that packs a whopping 128GB into a single memory card which is smaller than a U.S. dime. The new cards have been rated for Class 10 speeds meaning they capable of capturing HD video (128GB = 24 hours of HD video) or executing a long burst shot of high-resolution photos.
There is no word on device compatibility yet, but we expect the new cards to be supported by a large variety of products. The new line's pricing will range from $30-$200 depending on the size of the MicroSD card and is expected to hit store shelves at retailers like Amazon and Best Buy as of tomorrow.
