Samsung has had a really great year thus far with their release of the popular Galaxy S4 smartphone just a short time ago. They are about to launch their newest product, the Galaxy Tab 3, which falls into the tablet group and is the successor to their earlier hit the Galaxy Tab 2.

The Tab 3 will officially launch in the U.S. on July 7th and will be offered in three different variations:

Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 – $199

  • Dual-core 1.2 GHz processor
  • 8GB internal storage (has microSD expansion)
  • 7-inch 1,024 x 600 TFT display
  • Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 – $299

  • Exynos 1.5GHz dual-core processor
  • 16GB internal storage (has microSD expansion)
  • 1.5GB RAM
  • 8-inch 1,280 x 800 TFT display
  • Android 4.2
  • Rear-facing 5MP camera
  • Capable of 720P video recording

Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 – $399

  • Intel Z2560 1.6GHz dual-core processor
  • 16GB internal storage (has microSD expansion)
  • 1GB RAM
  • 10.1-inch 1,280 x 800 TFT display
  • Android 4.2
  • Rear-facing 5MP camera
  • Capable of 720P video recording
  • Built-in IR blaster
  • Samsung's WatchON TV recommendation service

All three models are said to be offered in white and golden-brown with pre-orders beginning tomorrow.
