Razer has been a company that has been primarily developing products for PC gamers, but their latest controller is designed for both PC and Xbox users alike. The Wolverine Ultimate is an officially-licensed controller offering extensive customization mixed options with a high amount of visual appeal.
For example, the controller was designed for optimum ergonomics with interchangeable thumbsticks which offer different heights and shapes as well as D-Pads with a tilting design versus individual buttons. Beyond this, the Wolverine Ultimate harnesses two remappable multi-function buttons, four multi-function triggers and a quick control panel giving you maximum customization.
The sleek black finish is elegant, but the incorporation of Razer's Chroma technology allows you to display a broad selection of lighting effects which are easily customized through Razer's Synapse for Xbox software.
Pre-orders are not yet available, but you can sign-up to be notified of future release information through the product page on Razer's website. The release date is slated for next month (September 2017) with the high-end controller selling at a rather steep $160 price-point.
