Razer’s New $150 Power Bank Is Designed For Laptops

Portable power is a huge market although at this point most of the devices are designed for powering your mobile devices like a smartphone or tablet instead of a laptop. Razer has just announced a new Power Bank which will be released in March at a $150 price-point that caters to laptop users as well as support for mobile devices.

Like most Razer products, the design is appealing with an aluminum body in a black finish with the iconic Razer logo engraved within it. Internally, the company has packed 12,800 mAh of power with two USB-A ports (with Quick Charge 3.0) and a USB-C connection.

The use of a USB-C port makes laptops utilizing this form of connection such as the Razer Blade Stealth or MacBook (no verdict on support for the 2016 MacBook Pros). For users of the Razer Blade Stealth, the battery life is advertised to increase from 9 hours on a single charge to 15 hours when coupled with the Power Bank.
