Apple made a major update to their Apple TV product that was originally announced at their September keynote event. The biggest changes to the system include updated hardware thus relating to faster performance and an all-new remote. Additionally, the 4th generation model offers new features like Siri, access to the App Store and support for third-party gaming controllers.
Today marks the opening day for pre-orders of the new Apple TV, and those who reserve a unit early should be expected to receive their device around November 10th that is the anticipated ship date. Pricing starts at $149 for the 32GB model and jumps up to $199 for the 64GB version.
