Google has been on rumored to have been working on a pair of new Android Wear 2.0 smartwatches for the last several months, and further reports then hinted that LG would be their partner in this endeavor.
While we know a detailed list of specs already, the photos leaked in the past were mockups based on leaked photos. As of today, actual photos of the cheaper model dubbed the Watch Style were released by notorious leaker Evan Blass aka EVLeaks on Twitter (image embedded at the top of this article).
As you can see this budget-friendly Android 2.0 device is rather basic yet sleek with a thin profile and bezel while harnessing the stylistic crown element from a traditional watch design.
You'll notice there is a lack of a heart rate monitor on this entry-level model, so those looking to use the watch for athletic purposes will probably want to dish out the extra money for the higher-end ‘Watch Sport' model.
Android Police is reporting that the Watch Style will retail for $249 which is slightly more expensive than the $229 ASUS ZenWatch 3, but this may still be worth the small premium depending on its build quality and features.
