Oculus Store Adopts Same 14 Day Digital Return Policy As Steam

Virtual reality gaming has become more mainstream than ever thanks to lower prices on peripherals and more game developers getting involved in the world of VR. With an influx of new games hitting the Oculus Rift store, it is harder than ever to determine which titles to spend your hard earned money on.

Thankfully, Oculus has a matched the digital return policy of Steam which allows a full refund through Oculus “for any reason” if requested within the two-week period after your purchase and the total amount of gameplay hasn't exceeded two hours.

The fine print states that this refund is offered for apps, games, and experiences although movies, bundles or in-app purchases are NOT refundable. Refunds can take up to five business days for review, but access to the given app will be removed as soon as you file a refund claim.
