MoviePass ‘Unlimited’ Plan Offers A Movie A Day For $9.99/Month

An innovative mobile app dubbed the ‘MoviePass' has just announced a $9.95 subscription with no commitments that allows for users to access one movie per day in a theater without any blackout dates.

Initially, the service launched offering users two movies per month for $15 whereas it was $21/month in LA and NYC. While there are no “blackout” dates, the subscription isn't valid for 3D or IMAX screenings and works in 91% of theaters including AMC, Cinemark, and Regal.

Those interested can sign-up for a free month trial through their website or mobile app, but keep in mind you'll be charged the $9.99 as soon as the 30-day period is up, so remember to cancel ahead of time if you don't plan to renew.
