Microsoft has been hard at work on their latest update for their newest operating system, Windows 8.1. Included in the new Windows 8 update is a revamped version of Internet Explorer that is said to boast better performance (speed & battery life) as well as an array of new features. The software giant has confirmed that the Internet Explorer 11 refresh will be offered and supported on the Windows 7 OS as well as Windows 8. There is no further details on when the new IE will be offered to Windows 7 users so stay tuned for updates as they are announced!
