The base 21.5″ iMac model starts at $1,299 and the base 27″ iMac model starts at $1,799. Both models offer the ability to upgrade individual components like the amount of RAM, graphics card, hard drive, etc. for an additional cost as well as both offering a preset higher-end model priced appropriately.
