After a rough launch of their Karma drone system which eventually resulted in a recall, GoPro isn't giving up at least on some of the Karma components. While the drone system is still unavailable for purchase, the company just began selling the Karma grip which was the handheld gimbal portion from the original design.
Priced at $300, this product will help stabilize handheld shots and offer seamless, jitter-free video footage regardless of the shooting situation. The accessory is available for purchase and works directly with the new Hero5 Black, but you'll need an additional $30 harness to use a Hero4 Black/Silver. It doesn't support the Hero5 Session at this time although a harness is in production with a release date planned for Q2 2017.
