Like Apple and their widely popular iPhone handsets, Google also releases their signature line of Nexus phones each year. In the past, we have seen these models debut with affordable price-points and unique designs making a place for their products in such a competitive market.
With the Nexus 6 nearing its one year announcement anniversary, many are speculating the upcoming unveil of this year's models that many are rumoring to be called the Nexus 5X and 6P which will differ primarily by sizing. Along with the likely announcement of the Nexus line, Google is said to be planning to unveil a revamped Chromecast as well at the September 29th event as well as their new Android OS, Marshmallow.
