Google is continuing to push their Chromecast device with their announcement today confirming the release of 10 new apps that are fully compatible with company's innovative HDTV accessory. Google has been striving to make way in the streaming media market, having already partnered with Netflix, HBO, Hulu, and Pandora along with their own services YouTube, Google Music and Google Movies. Capabilities of the Chromecast have been rather limited upon its initial release but as Google continues to create partnerships and expand compatible apps, it is likely that the Chromecast will become a household item in the near future.
