A few weeks back, EA announced their new ‘EA Access' program which offered unlimited access to a variety of their titles for a low monthly fee of $5 per month or $30 for a year. In addition to the playable library, subscribers would have the ability to try out upcoming EA titles ahead of their release date.
The first instance of this is soon to happen with EA's release of Madden 15 scheduled for August 26th yet Access members will be able to experience the full version of the title for a total of 6 hours on the days prior to its release.

While this may not seem like a lot of time to some, the truth is any amount of early access for a highly sought after title like Madden 15 is of value especially when you're receiving exclusive early access plus unlimited streaming of additional EA titles at a cost of only $30 per year (aka less than the cost of a single physical title).
Just a reminder, EA Access is only available for the Xbox One at this time so anyone with a PS4 will need to wait until its official release day to get the full Madden 15 experience.
