The Destiny 2 launch went fairly well for Bungie, yet the company still wants to sell more copies of the futuristic shooter. If you missed the beta which offered limited access to the title at no cost, you'll be able to get another shot with the free trial that launched earlier today.

With support for PS4, Xbox One and PC, the trial gives newcomers the ability to explore Eath's European Dead Zone and Titan (some campaign missions are restricted) along with participating in Crucible Quickplay until achieving level 7. If you want to play the majority of the story, explore new areas or access the competitive playlist, then you'll need to purchase the full title.
Fortunately, you'll still get a few hours worth of free play from this trial and any progress achieved during this offer will carry over should you decide to purchase the full game. Keep in mind, the new Curse of Osiris DLC is set to launch just next week on December 5th, so there is plenty of new content to enjoy beyond the initial game's story mode if your budget allows.
