There have been a large assortment of rumors circulating throughout the tech scene regarding Apple and their September 9th event. According to credible sources, the Cupertino-based company will unveil the event's purpose will be to unveil their next generation iPhone 6 model in multiple sizes. However, new reports are suggesting that these will not be the only products to be shown to the public during this event and the new rumor suggests the company's highly anticipated iWatch wearable technology will also be announced.
While we don't know much about the iWatch at this time, there have been many clever 3rd party mockups which showcase the potential appearance of the device. We can make an educated assumption that the iWatch will be directly interconnected with Apple's new HealthKit platform that will be part of iOS 8 as well as display things like text messages, emails, incoming phone calls, and communicate with popular apps.
We can only hope that this rumor is true and the public can finally get some official details concerning Apple's iWatch. Stay tuned for more on this story should any additional information be announced.
