Apple has officially released their Golden Master edition of OS X Mavericks to developers last night. This is a large step for the new OS X as it means Apple has finalized the operating system and is close to a consumer release (expected later this month). Along with the OS X Mavericks GM release, Apple also pushed out a new version of iPhoto, Xcode, OS X server, and Apple Remote Desktop 3.7 to developers so those who are eligible can log into Mac Dev Center and access the downloads.
